Mass production by H process is available at Our Shinto plant to create thin, high precision, low cost castings.
H stands for “Horizontal” – literally connect multiple molds horizontally and pour molten metal (molten iron) into them. Therefore, multiple high-strength ductile casting products can be manufactured at once.
Castings by H process achieves ±0.25mm compared to traditional iron casting such as sand casting (dimensional tolerance ±1.5~2.0mm). 2mm is achieved compared to the minimum 4mm thickness. In addition to precision quality, cost reduction is possible by reducing processes.
H process can reduce processes such as man hours and processes as H process allows integration of parts unlike traditional iron casting such as sand casting. Drastic cost reduction is possible.
We internally create molds and process machining that are often outsourced.
Short deliver is possible as we do not outsource, greatly dedicating to mass production.
